Abramson Technologies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, dashboards, products, and services (the “Services”).
By accessing the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
a) Personal Information
- Name, email address and phone number
- Billing address, and a shipping address for physical products
- Order and payment records: what you bought, amounts, payment dates and status
- What you tell us in the contact form or by email about your project
- Account credentials (managed by Firebase Authentication; we never see your password)
Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, or with Klarna or Affirm if you choose them, and are never stored on our systems. We keep only a reference to the payment and, if you save a card for autopay or monthly payments, its brand and last four digits as shown by Stripe.

- Pages viewed, actions taken
- Login timestamps
c) Client Data via Integrations
We may access client systems or APIs to provide services. We do not intentionally store this data and process it only as necessary.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and manage Services
- Authenticate users
- Process payments
- Improve platform performance
- Send transactional and marketing communications
- Prevent fraud and abuse
3. Marketing Communications
We send emails about your account, orders, payments and receipts as part of the Services.
We send marketing emails only if you agreed when you signed up or later. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out from your account or by contacting us.
5. Third-Party Services
We share necessary data with:
- Stripe (payments, saved cards, subscriptions and sales tax calculation)
- Klarna and Affirm (only if you choose to pay with them)
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud (accounts, database, file downloads and server functions)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Zoho Mail (sending order, payment and account emails)
- FormSubmit (delivering contact form messages to us)
- Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics (site usage statistics)
- Meta and Google Ads (advertising measurement and audiences, unless you opt out)
Advertising. Unless you opt out, Meta and Google receive information about your visits through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, actions taken (including purchases and their value), device and browser details, and cookie identifiers. They use it to measure our ads and to show you relevant ads, and may combine it with other information they hold. Some state laws call this “sharing” for “targeted advertising.” You can opt out with “Cookie settings,” and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. We don’t sell your personal information for money.
Your information is stored and processed in the United States.

6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide Services and meet legal requirements.
Order, payment and tax records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years, even if you close your account.
8. Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Withdraw marketing consent
- Withdraw cookie consent, using “Cookie settings”
- Opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, using “Cookie settings” or a Global Privacy Control signal
Our Site doesn’t respond to browsers’ “Do Not Track” setting, which has no agreed standard, but it does honor Global Privacy Control.
